The CX Company have launched a new eLearning division called The CX Academy. The Academy will set the global standard for Customer Experience excellence. They have recently launched their first online course, the Professional Certificate in Customer Experience.
The course launched on February 14th has now sold out and the next course, April 4th is now available for enrolment.
The Certificate course is accredited by The CX Academy and validated by its Industry Advisory Council whose members include CX practitioners from companies such as IKEA, Google and Virgin Media.
The course is delivered by professionals who understand the challenges facing businesses today and are experienced in delivering problem solving solutions. This Certificate is rooted in ‘real-world’ and practical experience.
