To engage customers, Jaguar, the iconic automobile brand, launched many years ago the Jaguar Club, the first automobile club dedicated to the customers. The Jaguar Club offers many exclusive events and experiences based on the principle “money can’t buy”. Indeed, members can access to private gastronomic and wine tour, visit on exclusivity prestigious monuments, restaurants or palaces, go behind the scenes at luxury brands and of course attend sports and automotive events.
As the events reach out 93% of the members of the Club, the Jaguar Club, entirely managed by Et Vous, is an example of successful strategy for Customer Relationship Management. To maintain Jaguar’s leadership, Et Vous created an application dedicated to the Jaguar Club members. This is the first application dedicated to the club members in the european automobile industry.
This application includes brand events and activities related to the customers personal interests and premium offers. For example, in 2018, the Jaguar Club organised 77 events : 38 in Ile-de-France, 28 in province and 10 abroad. The members access directly to their car informations, to the dedicated team and to the events catalog adapted to their respective interests, tastes and preferences. Customers can pay conveniently with just one click and can register the event in their personal calendar. To avoid possible disappointment, customers see only the events with available places. This application combines also service, simplicity and immediacy to increase the relevancy of the relationship based on the proposed experience. More than a mobile version of the site, the app offers a immersive customer experience in the Jaguar lifestyle way of life. The major issue of Jaguar is to maintain the leadership of the brand in the customer relationship management.
The beta version has received an enthusiastic welcome from the company in-house and from the car dealers. The app will launched officially in september. More to follow…
