After the IDN Managers Meeting in Chiang Mai, B&F’s Senior Creative Director Marc Schmitt met with Jos Birken,CEO and Rory Stoddart, COO of KatalystM in Singapore to discuss more intense collaboration. This was started with two very detailed presentations on the performance portfolios of B&F and KatalystM.
B&F Managing Director Andreas Romanowski on the background of cooperation in the Asian region: “The connected world of customer communication has long been global.” Consumers sometimes bought in the store on the corner and sometimes online in the US or China. Companies have to learn how to deal with this, “and we as an agency too.” Nevertheless, international marketing must always have a local relationship. That is why we are forcing the exchange on a global level. “Only in this way can we create successful dialog concepts in the future that reach the consumer and make our clients successful.”
