Keith has learned a lot, thought a lot, and he teaches and thinks a lot in this very artfully constructed and written work. It's encyclopedic, historic, painlessly educational, full of case studies, opinionated, and laugh-out-loud funny.

About author Keith Wiser
Keith (left on photo) is one of South Africa's leading and best known direct marketers, having been active in the field since the early eighties. Does that make him an old fuddy duddy ... not at all. He is just as active today as he was more than 25 years ago. He still retains an appetite and passion for direct marketing which is apparent from every page of this book. Whilst you may not agree with everything he writes, his views are always refreshing and challenging based on his almost encyclopaedic knowledge and day to day experience.
