Statement of principles
There are a number of core beliefs that drive our business :
- Business today is all about engineering behavioural change, encouraging customers to stay longer, to buy more products and services, to spend more money more often.
- A major driver is 'the right message in the right place at the right time to the right people'.
- If you want to change behaviour you must begin by understanding the current behavioural norms. Only then can you get a realistic sense of the 'art of the possible' and begin to plot the way forward.
- We are not advocates of "big bang" solutions. All projects should start small and grow … based on learnings and proven results.
- Implementation is everything. Only results count.
